DESCRIPTION:“For God so loved the world…” On Wednesday evenings in Lent, we will gather on the fifth floor for Prayer Around the Cross under the theme of “For God So Loved the World.” This brief service (about 30 minutes) is an opportunity for scripture, song, and silence; for prayer and the lighting of candles; and for contemplation of the saving deed of Jesus on the cross “for God so loved the world.”
