Philosophy

It is the purpose of our school to have our children grow as Jesus grew…. in wisdom (academically), in stature (physically), in favor with God (spiritually), and in favor with man (socially).

Facilities

The total environment of Luther Memorial Learning Center is to be caring and dedicated.  The school is genuinely interested in the best possible education for the children.  To that end we provide the best possible rooms, textbooks, furnishings, and teaching aids.

Teachers

From Kindergarten through Eighth grade and including all our specialists, LMLC is filled with concerned, caring and certified teachers.

Religious Education

Learning and living the Christian faith and life is an integral part of the school experience and includes a weekly chapel service and faith studies.

License

The State Board of Private Academic Schools issued our license on April 15, 1977.  This board is under the Department of Education of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Transportation

Students living more than 1 ½ miles form the school are entitled to transportation by their local school district.

Standardized Testing

The students at LMLC score at least one grade level above expectations on most testing measurements.
